Supply Teach is a specialist education recruitment agency based in Pride Park, Derby, placing teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors and SEND support staff into primary schools, secondary schools, SEND schools and MATs across Derby and Derbyshire.
We're built around relationships. We take the time to properly understand our candidates their skills, their experience, and the kind of role that supports them do their best work and we take the time to understand our schools, so we know exactly what each setting needs when a gap comes up.
School days don't always go to plan, cover needs can change at short notice, and we know that finding the right person matters just as much as finding one quickly.

Meet Supply Teach's Founder
Ben has more than two decades of experience in recruitment, specialising in education. That experience means he understands what a school actually needs from a placement, and what a candidate is genuinely ready for.
Ben leads on candidate placements at Supply Teach, working with you personally from your first phone call, through registration and DBS checks, to your first day in the classroom and beyond, supporting your growth in education every step of the way.
How We Work
We get to know you first. We talk to every teacher, TA and cover supervisor about their experience, their skills, and what they actually want from supply work, so we can match you to the right roles from day one.
